Sculptra® is used to treat deep facial lines and wrinkles (your laugh lines, for example). Sculptra® restores volume and fullness to the skin gradually over time to correct facial wrinkles and folds, giving a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Sculptra® is an FDA-approved cosmetic dermal filler made of poly-L- lactic acid a unique biocompatiple, biodegradable synthetic material that has been used by physicians for decades.

Sculptra® is the “next generation” dermal filler that helps restore volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds by helping your body replace lost collagen. Usually a series of three injection sessions over several months is required to achieve optimal results that can last up to two years. A treatment normally takes about 15-20 minutes, although time may vary depending upon the area being treated. The results are very subtle and gradual and will not be seen immediately. Side effects may include slight bruising, redness or swelling.

The cost of Sculptra® is determined by the number of syringes necessary which varies from person to person. On average a person needs between 1-2 syringes per treatment session.
