Radiesse® is used to treat superficial lines and wrinkles but also more pronounced deeper wrinkles (your laugh lines, for example). Radiesse® restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct facial wrinkles and folds, giving a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Radiesse® is an FDA-approved cosmetic dermal filler made of unique calcium-based microspheres suspended in a natural gel that is injected under the skin to instantly and safely fill and correct smile lines, naso-labial folds and wrinkles around the nose and mouth.

Radiesse® is the “next generation” smooth consistency gel dermal filler that helps restore volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds. Radiesse® results are relatively long-lasting, but not permanent. It is a semipermanent filler in that it stimulates the body to produce its own collagen. The product itself lasts up to 18 months. A treatment normally takes about 15-20 minutes, although time may vary depending upon the area being treated. The results will be seen immediately. Side effects may include slight bruising, redness or swelling.

The cost of Radiesse® is determined by the number of syringes necessary which varies from person to person. On average a person needs between 1-2 syringes.
