Juvederm™ is used to treat superficial lines and wrinkles but also more pronounced deeper wrinkles (your laugh lines, for example). Another popular use for Juvederm™ is lip augmentation or lip enhancements. Juvederm™ restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct facial wrinkles and folds, giving it a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Studies have shown that Juvederm™ effects generally last for about six months to one year. No pre-test is needed with Juvederm™ which makes the treatment quick and easy. A treatment normally takes approximately 15 minutes, although time may vary depending upon the area being treated. The results will be seen immediately. Side effects may include slight bruising, bumps, redness or swelling.

Juvederm™ is sold by the syringe; the total number of syringes needed varies from person to person. On average a person needs between 1-2 syringes depending on treatment area. Please contact us for a more specific cost.

Juvederm™ is an FDA-approved cosmetic dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the human body. The hyaluronic acid in Juvederm™ is a crystal-clear gel called NASHA™ or Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. NASHA is completely biocompatible with human hyaluronic acid.
